Bronze scored the sixth goal of the evening against the Italian side, beating her opponent down the right wing and producing a delicate chip over goalkeeper Olivie Lukasova, which landed neatly in the back of the net.

Bronze's effort received 24 per cent of the votes on the Constant Contact Women’s Goal of the Month poll on the Chelsea Official App, with Sam Kerr's superb header against Wolfsburg coming a close second with 19 per cent.

Third place went to Johanna Rytting Kaneryd's left-footed effort from the edge of the penalty area in the 9-1 win over Liverpool.
