The Chelsea Pitch Owners Board is pleased to announce the appointment of two Associate Directors: Miriam Greenwood OBE DL and Mark Eyre. Both are long standing Chelsea fans and Pitch Owners and offer valuable expertise and will advise the Board, as well as providing assistance with activities and events going forward.

Miriam Greenwood OBE DL is an expert in corporate finance and experienced chair and non-executive director, having served on boards for over 20 years. Much of Miriam’s experience has been in providing strategic and governance leadership.

Miriam said: 'CPO occupies a unique status within the Football Club and I am looking forward to bringing my experience to ensuring that continues.'

Mark Eyre has over 30 years in Financial Services and is currently Chief Risk Officer at a major UK credit card provider, a role which involves significant stakeholder management. Mark’s experience spans two decades in banking and he has considerable skills in complex regulation and corporate governance.

Mark said: 'I am passionate about keeping football at Stamford Bridge and protecting the atmosphere of being close to the pitch. It is important to maintain CPO’s identity and balance the needs of the fans with the commercial needs of the Club.'
