The midfielder, who captained the side to the penalty shootout success against Bayern Munich, will be helping raise funds for CPO as he answers questions on the final, as well as the incredible journey there, which took in glorious victories over Valencia, Napoli and Benfica, not to mention the epic tie against Barcelona in the semi-final.
