Marc Cucurella reflects on a successful 2025 in an exclusive interview for tonight’s programme, discussing a year in which he won two trophies with Chelsea and was named in the Team of the Tournament for the Club World Cup.

'I think we deserve these moments,' says the energetic left-back. 'Since the beginning, we started with a new idea and then we finished last season with two trophies. So I think it was a big achievement and the summer was a good point to restart, to put more work into it, to be more ambitious.

'We had some tough moments during last season, but we stayed together and then we finally won two big trophies. I think we should be proud of it, but for sure we want more.'

The 27-year-old goes on to discuss his ambitions for the coming year and his role as a senior player in a youthful Blues squad, adding: 'I like to help. My personality is very open, so I’m easy when it comes to helping my team-mates. I always try to help them.'
