As announced earlier in the year, Chelsea will be moving to digital tickets for the 2025/26 season. Starting from today, supporters will be able to see their tickets in the Chelsea Official App.

CFC Digital Tickets are being introduced for all matches at Stamford Bridge for the new season with this initiative part of a major effort to clamp down on ticket touting and ensure fairer, more secure access to tickets for our fans. The tickets are delivered and managed via the Chelsea Official App.

In order to access your tickets:

  • You will need to have installed the latest version of the app if you have not already.

  • You will need to have logged in to your account with the email address and password used to purchase your ticket(s).

  • Once logged in, click the Tickets icon at the top right of the screen.

  • You should then be taken to a screen where you can view tickets for your upcoming match(es).*

*For Premier League matches, general admission season ticket holders will only be able to see their ticket for the game against Crystal Palace. Future Premier League tickets will appear in due course.

If you have bought tickets for either of the VisitMalta Weekender pre-season matches against Bayer Leverkusen and AC Milan then those digital tickets will be visible too.

Season ticket holders for Chelsea Women matches at Kingsmeadow will have the option to use digital tickets in the Chelsea Official App for these games. However, due to the signal and network constraints around the stadium, all Kingsmeadow season ticket holders will also receive a physical season ticket card (as in previous seasons) which can also be used.

What to do if you cannot view tickets in the app

There are reasons why you may not be able to view your tickets in the Chelsea Official App:

  • You may not be logged into the app.

  • You may not be logged into the correct account. In order to access your tickets, you need to ensure that you are logged in using the same email address and password that you used to purchase your tickets.

If you have done this and still require assistance, you can reference our How-To guides or contact [email protected] for more information.

On matchdays, support with digital ticketing will be available at Stamford Bridge, including dedicated help zones. Before the season, drop-in sessions for supporters who may require extra assistance with the process will continue to be held, with additional information on those available soon.
