Having completed his switch from Brazilian club Palmeiras this summer, the 18-year-old joined up with his new team-mates at Cobham for pre-season training earlier this week.  

‘I am very happy, it feels very rewarding to represent Chelsea, one of the biggest clubs in the world,' Estevao said. 'I am very happy and I hope to help the team in the best way possible.’

Ahead of his first season as a Blue, Estevao has opted to wear the No.41 shirt. It is the same squad number the winger donned during his time in the Palmeiras first team.  

The Brazil international could make his first Chelsea outing this weekend, as we take on Bayer Leverkusen on Friday and AC Milan on Sunday in the VisitMalta Weekender at Stamford Bridge.
