Chelsea will face Preston North End in the FA Cup third round.
The Blues will host the Championship side at Stamford Bridge in early January, looking to progress to the fourth round.
Chelsea were defeated at the third-round stage last season, defeated by Manchester City.
Preston, managed by Ryan Lowe, are currently eighth in the Championship table. Ticket details for this fixture will be announced in due course.
