Today, we are delighted to launch the latest edition of our Fan Engagement Plan for the 2026/27 season.

As part of the Premier League’s Fan Engagement Standard, the plan highlights the work achieved last season in engaging with our supporters and the vision for the season ahead to ensure regular dialogue with our fans.

The plan is a requirement for all Premier League clubs, designed to provide clear outcomes and objectives for our strategic vision to engage with supporters.

It highlights the events and campaigns organised with various supporter groups including the Chelsea Supporters’ Trust, Chelsea Pride, Chelsea Muslim Supporters Group and the Chelsea Jewish Supporters Group.

As well as this, the plan sets out the key role of the Fan Advisory Board in ensuring that supporters engage with the club on long-term strategic initiatives that impact fan sentiment.

Head of supporter relations Michael Cornall said, ‘We are delighted to publish our Fan Engagement Plan for the 2026/27 season.

‘We want fans to be able to engage at all levels of the club and welcome their views and input. We will continue to facilitate dialogue via multiple channels and forums as set out in the Fan Engagement Plan.’
