Sonia Bompastor and Enzo Maresca have both been nominated for FIFA Best Awards after leading their respective Chelsea sides to success during the 2024/25 campaign.
Bompastor has been shortlisted for The Best FIFA Women's Coach 2025 after steering the Blues to a domestic Treble during her first season in charge – you can vote for her by clicking here.
Arriving from Lyon in the summer of 2024 to replace Chelsea legend Emma Hayes – who moved on after 12 years at the helm – Bompastor oversaw an unbeaten Women's Super League campaign that ensured we claimed a sixth successive title.
We also lifted the Women's League Cup, defeating Manchester City in the final, and lifted the FA Cup by overcoming Manchester United at Wembley Stadium.
Bompastor has been shortlisted alongside OL Lyonnes head coach Jonatan Giraldez, Orlando Pride's Seb Hines, Arsenal's Renee Slegers and Sarina Wiegman, who guided England to the Women's European Championship this summer.
Maresca, meanwhile, has been nominated for The Best FIFA Men's Coach 2025 after his first campaign at the helm at Stamford Bridge saw the Blues win the UEFA Conference League and FIFA Club World Cup.
The missing piece of silverware from our trophy cabinet was claimed in Wroclaw, as we produced a fine fightback to defeat Real Betis 4-1.
Less than two months later, Maresca's side reached the Club World Cup final in New York. Paris Saint-Germain, winners of the 2024/25 Champions League, were our opponents.
The Blues produced an outstanding performance and, after a Cole Palmer brace and a goal from Joao Pedro, were crowned world champions. Club captain and Academy graduate Reece James became the first player to lift the newly-created trophy.
You can vote for Maresca to win The Best FIFA Men's Coach 2025 by clicking here. He has been nominated alongside Mexico head coach Javier Aguirre, Arsenal's Mikel Arteta, PSG's Luis Enrique, Barcelona's Hansi Flick, Portugal's Roberto Martinez and Liverpool's Arne Slot.
