Spirits were high in the Irish capital, with Lampard working with his squad for the first time as Chelsea head coach.
The evening session at the magnificent Carton House facilities was conducted under perfect training conditions, with plenty of smiles on show.
The light session consisted of a warm-up, fitness work and small-sided drills before finishing off with a quick dip in the ice bath before heading in for dinner.
Lampard will work with his squad again tomorrow morning, starting with a gym session before heading out onto the grass.
