Chelsea FC Women completed final preparations at the Szusza Ferenc Stadium on Tuesday afternoon ahead of tomorrow’s Champions League quarter-final first leg against Wolfsburg.
The travelling squad touched down in Hungary at around 3pm local time before Emma Hayes put her squad through their paces in a final training session held at the venue of tomorrow’s first leg tie.
Due to Government restrictions on travellers entering the UK due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the second leg will also be staged at the Szusza Ferenc Stadium and Chelsea will be hoping for a positive result on Wednesday afternoon to put the Blues in a strong position going into next week’s return leg.
Tomorrow’s game will kick-off at 4pm UK time (5pm CET), with a place in the Champions League semi-finals up for grabs!
