There's nothing quite like a last-minute winner! And Estevao Willian's stoppage-time strike to seal victory over Liverpool sparked scenes of jubilation throughout Stamford Bridge that lasted long after the full-time whistle.

Liverpool hit back in the second period as Cody Gakpo levelled the game, but Enzo Maresca's side pushed forward in search of a winner. It arrived in the dying moments.
