Chelsea celebrated the conclusion of an incredible Women's Super League campaign with an afternoon of family fun at Stamford Bridge.

We had already sealed the WSL title with a 1-0 win away at Manchester United at the end of April, but we received the trophy on home soil following our final league game of the season, played at Stamford Bridge on Sunday.

It was a great day in SW6 as a dramatic late winner from Aggie Beever-Jones gave us a 1-0 victory over Liverpool, but it was the celebrations on and off the pitch which attracted a crowd of 21,327 supporters to the Bridge, as fans of all ages came together to mark our unprecedented sixth consecutive WSL triumph.

As well as the incredible atmosphere created at the Bridge on Sunday and the sight of Millie Bright and her fellow Blues lifting the WSL title on the pitch, the flags were being waved passionately right from the start of the day and there was plenty going on to entertain the whole family in the build-up to kick-off, including an activity hub for young fans in the Rose & Ball.
