What started as a frustrating evening at Stamford Bridge was turned on its head by a brilliant second-half fight-back, and ended instead with wild celebrations on the pitch, the touchlines and in the stands at the final whistle.

We found ourselves two goals behind at half-time against a resurgent West Ham side looking for their fourth win in a row, but refused to accept defeat and battled our way back into the game.

Joao Pedro headed in Wesley Fofana's cross to give us hope, before Marc Cucurella dived in to equalise from a rebound. The momentum was firmly in Chelsea's favour and we took advantage, Enzo Fernandez sweeping in from Joao Pedro's pass in added time to secure a memorable London derby victory.
