The Ecuadorian arrived from Brighton & Hove Albion at the start of the 2023/24 season and quickly established himself at the heart of our midfield, cementing his status as one of the world’s best in that role in the process.

As we approach the end of his third campaign at Stamford Bridge, Caicedo has played a big role in our successes, helping the Blues lift the UEFA Conference League and FIFA Club World Cup trophies, as well as being named Chelsea Player of the Year and Players’ Player of the Year.
