Four brilliant goals gave Chelsea victory over Wolverhampton Wanderers in a Carabao Cup fourth-round match full of drama.
We made a flying start to what turned out to be a classic knockout tie at Molineux, as Andrey Santos' first Chelsea goal set us on our way. Things soon got even better, as a brilliant team move was finished off by Tyrique George and an audacious Estevao Willian chip put us 3-0 up by the break.
However, from there things weren't as straightforward. A determined Wolves fightback, combined with a red card for Liam Delap, complicated matters as the home side threatened to force the game to penalties.
Thankfully, Jamie Gitten's stunning strike flew in off the post to restore our safety margin, meaning that even with Wolves' added-time goal we remained 4-3 ahead at the final whistle. We now look forward to another away trip in the Carabao Cup quarter-finals, this time at Cardiff City.
In the meantime, here are some of our favourite images from the breathless victory at Molineux...
