The Blues lifted our fifth successive championship trophy last weekend, following an emphatic 6-0 victory over Manchester United at Old Trafford to see off the challenge of second-placed Manchester City.

It was the perfect way for departing head coach Emma Hayes to sign off following 12 trophy-laden years with the Blues and the celebrations continued back in London as the squad got together with their families to toast the successful season.
