Aggie Beever-Jones, Lucy Bronze, Niamh Charles, Hannah Hampton, Lauren James and Keira Walsh followed a fantastic campaign in blue by winning the European Championships in Switzerland.

A dramatic final went the distance and it needed heroics from Hampton - and a nerveless Charles spot-kick - to help the Lionesses beat Spain 3-1 on penalties.
