The final preparations for our short trip to face Brentford in the Premier League were completed at Cobham this afternoon.

Our top-flight campaign resumes at the Gtech Community Stadium tomorrow (Saturday) evening, and the Blues will be looking to maintain a promising start to the new campaign.

After a draw with Crystal Palace on the opening weekend, deserved victories were recorded over fellow London sides West Ham United and Fulham.

Another London derby awaits Enzo Maresca and his players, who were putting the finishing touches to their work ahead of the visit to the Bees.

Moises Caicedo was back in training after representing Ecuador during the international break, and the midfielder was joined by team-mates Marc Cucurella, Enzo Fernandez and Pedro Neto during the session at our Surrey training base.

Cole Palmer, who missed the victories over West Ham and Fulham, was also back in action and pictured in the session, after Maresca confirmed at his pre-match press conference that the England international had returned to training on Thursday.
