The Blues' away trip to Crystal Palace on Sunday afternoon didn't start the way we had planned, when Molly Bartrip bundled the home side into the lead from a corner midway through the first half.

Sonia Bompastor's team would not be denied, though, and came out much stronger after the break. Just five minutes into the second period that brought results, when Melvine Malard smashed in the equaliser from the edge of the box.

The French striker wasn't finished there, either. Malard headed us into the lead from Sandy Baltimore's cross before being fouled in the box, allowing her compatriot to add a goal from the penalty spot to her assist, sealing a 3-1 win for Chelsea.
