The Blues had one last workout in the stifling heat and humidity of the east coast on the eve of our Florida Cup clash against familiar capital opposition Arsenal.

It was a session held in front of supporters at Osceola Heritage Park on the outskirts of central Orlando, with those in attendance treated to a gruelling 90-minute practice that even featured an intense small-sided game.

There were plenty of oohs and aahs as shots were fired and saved, with the likes of Cesar Azpilicueta, Mason Mount and Kai Havertz among those posing for selfies and signing autographs afterwards.
