We're looking to return to winning ways following defeat at Manchester United, as we prepare to travel up to the LNER Stadium for tomorrow night's League Cup contest with League One side Lincoln City.

Head coach Enzo Maresca put his squad through their paces as we hope to progress to the next round of the competition we last lifted in 2015. The Italian explained during his pre-match press conference that the game will come too soon for Benoit Badiashile and Romeo Lavia, while Cole Palmer will be assessed after he was substituted early at Old Trafford on Saturday.

It remains to be seen what side Maresca will put out for this fixture but likes of Marc Cucurella, Estevao Willian, Enzo Fernandez and Filip Jorgensen - who came on as an early sub last time out - were all involved.

Elsewhere, Joao Pedro, skipper Reece James, Wesley Fofana and Pedro Neto were among the others who also took part in the session...
