It was a successful international window for our Blues, with milestones reached, goals scored and assists aplenty. Here's our round-up of how all our players got on during the break...

No fewer than 18 of our players headed off to represent their countries as senior internationals, with the European contingent playing their opening two Women's World Cup qualifying matches.

Meanwhile, the USA took part in the annual SheBelieves Cup tournament on home soil, winning all three of their games to take the crown once more.

The break is now complete for all except Ellie Carpenter and Sam Kerr, who will continue to play in the Asian Cup over in Australia.

Here's how they all got on...

Australia

Sam scored twice and provided two assists as the Matildas made it through to the Asian Cup quarter-finals. Wins against the Philippines and Iran were followed up by a 3-3 draw with South Korea in the group stage, meaning Joe Montemurro's side finished second in group A.

Next up for Australia will be either China or North Korea in the quarter-finals, depending on who finishes second in Group B.

England

The Lionesses began their World Cup qualifying campaign with a 6-1 victory over Ukraine, with Hannah Hampton named in goal and Keira Walsh also included in Sarina Wiegman's starting XI. Walsh provided an assist with a superb through-ball to Alessia Russo for England's first goal, which came just after the half-time interval.

Hampton and Walsh started the game once more when England took on Iceland, and Bronze made her 145th appearance for England as she was moved into the starting line-up alongside Chelsea team-mate Lauren James.

That pair combined brilliantly when James provided the cross for Bronze's headed opener, and a goal from Georgia Stanway completed the 2-0 win at Nottingham Forest's City Ground.

England now top Group A3 on goal difference over Spain following those two victories, and will face La Roja in next month's international break.

France

Sandy Baltimore bagged an assist in each of France's World Cup qualifying wins, as they came from behind to beat the Republic of Ireland 2-1 and followed that result up with a 4-1 victory over Poland.

Laurent Bonadei's side now top group A2 with a maximum of six points taken from the first two matchdays of their qualifying campaign.

Germany

It was an emphatic international window for Christian Wuck's Germany as they recorded a 5-0 win over Slovenia, followed by a 4-0 win over Norway. Chelsea's Sjoeke Nusken started in both of those encounters and provided an assist in each.

'I don’t mince my words out on the pitch,' said Nusken in an interview with FIFA during the international break. 'Being a central midfielder almost invariably means that you come into close contact and build connections with all your team-mates. It’s important to call the tune when you play in the engine room, because you’re in the thick of the action, which gives you a great vantage point.'

Their results mean Germany are now three points clear of second-placed Norway in Group A4 of the World Cup qualifiers.

Jamaica

Becky Spencer started in goal for Jamaica's only fixture in this international window, as they came from 1-0 down to beat Nicaragua 3-2 in Managua.

The victory saw the Reggae Girlz top the Group B table after two matches, with a goal difference of 19 after their astonishing 18-0 victory against Dominica back in November.

Jamaica's next match will be held on 10 April, where they will take on Antigua and Barbuda, before concluding their W qualifier campaign when they face Guyana eight days later.

Netherlands

Veerle Buurman scored her first competitive international goal in a 2-2 draw against Poland on the opening matchday of the Women's World Cup Qualifiers, powering a right-footed shot into the back of the net as the ball came out to her in the box from a corner.

Buurman and Chelsea team-mate Wieke Kaptein both started for the second Netherlands match running as they secured the first win of their qualifying campaign with a 2-1 win over the Republic of Ireland.

Arjan Veurink's side now sit second in group A2 behind leaders France.

Norway

Guro Reiten was brought on as a second-half substitute in both of Norway's qualifying matches, a 1-0 win over Austria and a 4-0 defeat against Germany.

After the opening two matches, the Norwegians sit second in the A4 table with a double-header of matches to be played against Slovenia in the April international break.

Scotland

Scotland enjoyed a fine start to their World Cup qualifying campaign with two big wins against Luxembourg. The international window began with a 5-0 demolition of their opponents away from home, and Chelsea midfielder Erin Cuthbert was named Player of the Match with a superb performance in her side's 7-0 victory at Hampden Park on Saturday.

Melisa Andreatta's side now top group B4 with two key clashes against second-placed Belgium to be played home and away in the April international window.

Sweden

Johanna Rytting Kanerydstarted both of Sweden's qualifying matches as they recorded a 1-0 win over Italy and a 0-0 draw with Serbia. It means the Swedes are second on goal difference behind Denmark in qualifying group A1.

Switzerland

Livia Peng helped Switzerland earn maximum points in their opening two World Cup qualifiers. Peng kept a clean sheet in a 2-0 win over Northern Ireland on matchday one, and was rarely troubled in a 4-1 victory against Malta that leaves the Swiss top of Group B2.

USA

Chelsea's Alyssa Thompson was named SheBelieves Cup Most Valuable Player as her goal in a 1-0 win over Colombia saw the USA reclaim the competition's trophy after Japan's triumph in 2025.

Emma Hayes' side won all three matches in the tournament without conceding a single goal, and Blues defender Naomi Girma was named captain in wins over Canada and Colombia.
