In order to collect a ticket, each individual supporter is required to bring with them in person the voucher sent by email and their valid passport. Please note copies of the passport will NOT be accepted, nor will driving licences, and each supporter will need to visit the collection point in person. Tickets cannot be collected on behalf of other supporters.
Route to the Stadium
Subway
M5 (lilac line) and alight at SAN SIRO STADION stop. This is the quickest way to travel and will take approximately 20 mins from the city centre. This is the recommended route and station for travel to and from the stadium.
M1 (red line) and alight at LOTTO stop, then walk along the Viale Caprille to the stadium.
Bus
Bus 49 (line Piazza Tirana – Lotto M5); bus 78 (line Bisceglie M1-Via Govone); bus 64 (line Bonola M1-Lorenteggio); bus 80 (line De Angeli-Quinto Romano), bus 98 (line Famagosta M2-Piazzale Lotto M5).
This will take approximately one hour form the city centre.

This will take approximately 45 minutes from the city centre.
Entering the Stadium
Due to the number of checks that are carried out, the time taken to enter stadiums is generally increasing so we recommended supporters make their way to the stadium in good time. Late arrivals will inevitably be required to queue and there is no guarantee they will see the start of the match.
The San Siro operates a lengthy, controlled ingress for away supporters. It may take up to 35 minutes to make your way from the perimeter entry point to the turnstiles.
You are strongly advised to arrive at the stadium in good time.
There will be an ID and ticket confirmation check so please bring your passport to the stadium. Passports will have to be shown to verify the name written on the ticket at the point of entry.
Seating Area
Chelsea supporters will be seated in the North Stand – light green in the below diagram.
Prohibited Items
The following items are prohibited:
- Coins, including in pockets
- Belts with big buckles
- Weapons – including knives or other sharp or cutting objects
- Fireworks, smoke bombs, flares,
- Stones
- Any instrument designed to offend or to be thrown
- Sound instruments (drums, trumpets, musical instruments of any kind)
- Loudhailers and other sound producing or amplification systems
- Laser devices and the like
- Any dangerous or hazardous item that may compromise public safety, cause nuisance or hinder the regular course of the sports event
- Alcoholic beverages of any kind
- Narcotic substances, poisons, harmful substances
- Inflammable material, paints or other staining material
- Bibs or any other clothes similar to the uniform of stewards or other service staff
- Double pole flags
Flags and banners
All flags and banners will need prior authorisation which can be obtained from AC Milan.
They can only consist of the name, badge or colours of the club and/or the name of the city of the away supporters, and must not be made of dangerous flammable materials.
There are no deposit facilities for bags or banners not approved. Fans are asked not to take to the stadium any unapproved banners.
Please note, flags banners will also be inspected by Chelsea FC stewards. Any banners that display symbols, images or wording that are not in keeping with the values and standards of Chelsea FC or that are deemed to be inflammatory in nature will not be allowed to enter the stadium.
Bags
Max bag size: 30cm x 20cm x 10cm (A4). All bags within this size will be searched.
No bags larger than this will be permitted into the stadium.
Please note There is no bag deposit facility at the stadium so please do not bring any bag larger than A4.
Stadium Exit
There will be a hold back of Chelsea FC supporters in the stadium for approximately 20 minutes after the match This may be extended dependent on circumstances. During this time supporters will still have access to toilet facilities and refreshments.
If supporters wish to leave before the end of the match, a decision will be made on the night by the police.
Alcohol
Any supporters who are intoxicated may be refused entry. No alcohol will be served in the stadium.
Ejections
Supporters who are ejected may be subject to arrest and a fine.
Refreshments
Refreshments will be available at the stadium, but no alcohol will be served.
Payment
Payment can be made using cash and card.
Disabled Supporters
Wheelchair users will be seated separately to the main away support and will be assisted by stewards.

Please follow the advice and instructions of the police at all times.
Fan Behaviour
Chelsea supporters are asked to cooperate with the authorities, especially in relation to the entry procedures. Anti-social, noisy behaviour fuelled by excessive drinking may result in admission to the stadium being refused.
Chelsea is a club that actively celebrates our diversity. As supporters, we ask that you share our vision of a club and a game free from discrimination that is open to all.
While the players and staff appreciate passionate and vocal support at our matches, there have been instances where supporters have used unacceptable, offensive and discriminatory language. This will not be tolerated. Please be respectful to our hosts and the local community by not using language or actions which may inflame local and current regional sensitivities. This includes any sectarian chanting, slogans or banners.
Racism, homophobia, sexism, antisemitism, sectarianism or any language or actions viewed as discriminatory will result in the strongest possible actions which may include banning, arrest and prosecution.
This includes on public transport and in other public venues before and after the game.

Lost Passports
If you lose your passport, you must apply online for an Emergency Travel Document (ETD).
Please note that this document can take up to 48 hours, so be prepared to remain in Italy until it is available for you to use.
Safety
As in any other city, beware of pickpockets and bag snatchers at airports, railway stations, around the town centre and when using public transport.
Only carry what you need, leave spare cash and valuables in hotel room safes or safety deposit facilities.
Remember the place where you are staying, take a hotel business card.
Supporters should be aware of and respectful of their surrounding in the city centre. The club has not been informed of any areas to avoid.
