Fan behaviour

Chelsea supporters are asked to cooperate with the authorities, especially in relation to the entry procedures. Anti-social, noisy behaviour fuelled by excessive drinking may result in admission to the stadium being refused.

Chelsea is a club that actively celebrates our diversity. As supporters, we ask that you share our vision of a club and a game free from discrimination that is open to all.

While the players and staff appreciate passionate and vocal support at our matches, there have been instances where supporters have used unacceptable, offensive and discriminatory language. This will not be tolerated. Please be respectful to our hosts and the local community by not using language or actions which may inflame local and current regional sensitivities. This includes any sectarian chanting, slogans or banners.

Racism, homophobia, sexism, antisemitism, sectarianism or any language or actions viewed as discriminatory will result in the strongest possible actions which may include banning, arrest and prosecution.

This includes on public transport and in other public venues before and after the game.

Fans can report such behaviour to club stewards or by contacting the below reporting hotline.

Matchday information WhatsApp channel

The Chelsea FC Matchday Information WhatsApp channel is a source of info specifically targeted towards fans who attend matches. The content on this one-way channel is to enhance the match-going experience, focusing on useful updates on areas away from team matters, whether they be to aid your journey or time at the stadium, about ticketing, or to let you know about off-pitch activities.

Safety

As in any other city beware of pickpockets and bag snatchers at airports, railway stations, around the town centre and when using public transport.

Thefts of passports, wallets and handbags are common on the metro and in crowded tourist places, particularly in central Munich. Carry your valuables in different bags and pockets and keep a copy of your passport photo page somewhere safe.

Only carry what you need, leave spare cash and valuables in hotel room safes or safety deposit facilities.

Remember the place where you are staying, take a hotel business card.
