Travel to the stadium

The 3Arena, which opened in 2013, is located in the Globen area in the south of the city.

Address: Arenaslingan 14
121 77 Johanneshov
Sweden

By public transport

Stockholm has an extensive metro system which is generally quicker than travelling by taxi.

Six metro stations are within a kilometre walking distance of the stadium but the recommended one for use by Chelsea supporters is Skarmarbrink on line no. 17 towards Skarpnäck or line no. 18 towards Farsta Strand. It is 10 minutes of journey time there from the central station (T-Centralen).

It is approximately a 10 minutes' walk from Skarmarbrink to the stadium.

Recommended journey

A dedicated free train for Chelsea fans will run from Odenplan metro station to Skarmarbrink metro station at 7.45pm. Odenplan is the recommended gathering square for Blues supporters during the day of the game.

The free train will also be available to make the return journey after the game.

Entry to the stadium

The four turnstiles for Chelsea supporters are located at Entrance Y.

There will be an initial ticket inspection followed by a body search. Anyone deemed to be drunk will be refused entry.

Due to the number of checks that are carried out, the time taken to enter stadiums has generally increased so we recommended supporters make their way to the stadium in good time. Late arrivals will inevitably be required to queue and there is no guarantee they will see the start of the match.

The seating is in blocks 335, 336 and 337. There is mesh netting hanging at the front of that part of the stand.

It is the same entrance for supporters with tickets for accessible seating, with lift access to the viewing platform. Assistance from stewards will be available.

Fan behaviour

Chelsea supporters are asked to cooperate with the authorities, especially in relation to the entry procedures. Anti-social, noisy behaviour fuelled by excessive drinking may result in admission to the stadium being refused.

Chelsea is a club that actively celebrates our diversity. As supporters, we ask that you share our vision of a club and a game free from discrimination that is open to all.

While the players and staff appreciate passionate and vocal support at our matches, there have been instances where supporters have used unacceptable, offensive and discriminatory language. This will not be tolerated. Please be respectful to our hosts and the local community by not using language or actions which may inflame local and current regional sensitivities. This includes any sectarian chanting, slogans or banners.

Racism, homophobia, sexism, antisemitism, sectarianism or any language or actions viewed as discriminatory will result in the strongest possible actions which may include banning, arrest and prosecution.

This includes on public transport and in other public venues before and after the game.

As in any other city beware of pickpockets and bag snatchers at airports, railway stations, around the town centre and when using public transport.

Only carry what you need, leave spare cash and valuables in hotel room safes or safety deposit facilities. Carry your valuables in different bags and pockets and keep a copy of your passport photo page somewhere safe.

Remember the place where you are staying, take hotel business card.
