In order to collect a ticket, each individual supporter is required to bring with them in person the voucher sent by email and their valid passport. Please note copies of the passport will NOT be accepted, nor will driving licences, and each supporter will need to visit the collection point in person. Tickets cannot be collected on behalf of other supporters.
Supporter feedback opportunity
Head of supporter relations Cat Smith, along with Neil Beard and Gary Beckwith, two of our supporter advisors to the board, will be available to speak with supporters at NYX Hotel, Calle del Aviador Zorita 34, 28020 Madrid, from 12 - 2.30pm local time on Wednesday 12 April (matchday).
If you would like to give your feedback on key strategic issues connected to the club such as stadium atmosphere, stadium redevelopment, the club’s intention to create a Fan Advisory Board or communication between the club and supporters, please come to share your views. This group cannot discuss anything related to on-pitch performance.
Gathering point
A recommended gathering point for visiting supporters is Avenida de Brasil (ringed in blue below) from where the away entrance is a 10-minute walk.
Area to Avoid
Chelsea supporters are advised to avoid the Calle de Marceliano Santa Maria area which is south of the stadium as this is the traditional gathering point for a large numbers of home supporters.
Public transport to the stadium
The Santiago Bernabeu metro station is adjacent to the stadium and is on Line 10 of the Madrid metro. It takes about 10 minutes to travel there from the Puerta del Sol, costing €2. It is adjacent to the stadium. A taxi takes around 10 minutes, costing €12. A bus on Line 150 will take around 25 minutes and costs €2.40.
Entry to the stadium
Chelsea supporters should enter via Gate Tower D. Gates open at 7pm local time. The blocks allocated are 633-627 and 533–527. Seating is unallocated within these blocks.
We recommended that supporters make their way to the stadium in good time. Late arrivals will inevitably be required to queue and there is no guarantee they will see the start of the match.

Entry into the stadium is a five-step process.
Step 1. You will be asked to show photo ID and the name will be cross-referenced with your ticket.
Step 2. Ticket authenticity check. The ticket will be checked using an ultraviolet light.
Step 3. Bag search.
Step 4. Person search.
Step 5. Electronic turnstile entry.
Disabled supporters
Wheelchair users will be seated in the North Tribune.
Prohibited items
The following items are prohibited:
- Alcohol
- Containers exceeding 500ml/mg
- Drugs
- Weapons
- Fireworks/pyrotechnics/flares
- Professional recording equipment
- Banners or flags larger than 1m x 2m
IMPORTANT: Real Madrid operate a strict policy on the banner and flag size restrictions and there is no storage facility for those items brought to the ground that are refused entry.
Please note, banners will also be inspected by Chelsea FC stewards; any banners that display symbols, images or wording that are not in keeping with the values and standards of Chelsea FC, or that are deemed to be inflammatory in nature, will not be allowed into the stadium.
Bag policy
No bags larger than A4 will be allowed in. Please note there is no bag deposit facility.
Stadium exit
There will likely be a hold back of Chelsea supporters for approximately 20 minutes from the end of the match.
If supporters wish to leave before the end of the match, a decision will be made on the night by the police.
Alcohol
There will be no alcohol on sale inside the stadium. Supporters who are deemed to be inebriated will be refused entry.
Police
Police and stewards will be inside and outside the stadium. Please follow their advice and instructions at all times.
Fan Behaviour
Chelsea supporters are asked to cooperate with the authorities, especially in relation to the entry procedures. Anti-social, noisy behaviour fuelled by excessive drinking may result in admission to the stadium being refused.
Chelsea is a club that actively celebrates our diversity. As supporters, we ask that you share our vision of a club and a game free from discrimination that is open to all.
While the players and staff appreciate passionate and vocal support at our matches, there have been instances where supporters have used unacceptable, offensive and discriminatory language. This will not be tolerated. Please be respectful to our hosts and the local community by not using language or actions which may inflame local and current regional sensitivities. This includes any sectarian chanting, slogans or banners.
Racism, homophobia, sexism, antisemitism, sectarianism or any language or actions viewed as discriminatory will result in the strongest possible actions which may include banning, arrest and prosecution.
This includes on public transport and in other public venues before and after the game.

Safety
As in any other city beware of pickpockets and bag snatchers at airports, railway stations, around the town centre and when using public transport.
Only carry what you need, leave spare cash and valuables in hotel room safes or safety deposit facilities.
