The only club to have won every major European trophy. That is the accolade that now belongs to Chelsea after the Blues overcame Real Betis to win the Conference League final in Wroclaw.

It didn't all go to plan in Wroclaw for Enzo Maresca's side. Abde Ezzalzouli put Betis ahead early into the contest and the opening 45 minutes were frustrating for the Blues. But the second period, well, that is one likely to live long in the memory of Chelsea supporters.

Enzo Fernandez drew the Blues level as he headed home an excellently-weighted cross from Cole Palmer. The England international then weaved another moment of magic to free himself down the right, whip the ball into the box for Nicolas Jackson, who steered it beyond Adrian.

There was only ever one winner from that point, and we added to our advantage in the final ten minutes. Jadon Sancho struck our third – a fine shot that curled into the far corner – and Moises Caicedo capped off his outstanding individual campaign by firing home the Blues' fourth in stoppage time.

The Conference League trophy was lifted on the Stadion Wroclaw pitch soon after and the celebrations continued long into the evening with the Chelsea supporters.

Memories were made and countless photos were taken. We have pulled together the best of them from a night that will endure in the minds of the Blues players, staff and fans.
