Chelsea Foundation recently hosted another unforgettable Community Day at Cobham, leaving smiles on the faces of some very special guests.

Ethan Whittle, Gabriel Kenchington and Santiago Palomo had the opportunity to experience a day they will never forget.

The group had the opportunity to hear from Jim Fraser, Chelsea FC’s head of youth development and recruitment, before they headed out to the training pitch to watch their heroes in action.

Ethan, who suffered a setback after being hit by a car late last year, shared his experience: ‘I was hit by a car after the Women's game versus Everton at the end of last year and it has been a really tough time for me. But to be able to be at the training ground today and meet all of the squad, including my favourite player Thiago Silva, is incredible.'

For Gabriel, it was the ultimate birthday present: 'This has been the best day ever. It was my birthday yesterday and this is the best birthday present I could wish for. To have my shirt and football cards signed by the players is a dream come true.'

Santiago, another huge Chelsea supporter, couldn't contain his excitement after meeting his hero: 'I had such a great day. To meet my favourite player Cole Palmer is something I will never forget.'

The day provided Ethan, Gabriel and Santiago with a behind-the-scenes look at Cobham, allowing them to experience a unique glimpse into the world of Chelsea.

This unforgettable opportunity is an example of the Chelsea Foundation's dedication to giving back to its community, and creating lasting memories for fans deserving of the once-in-a-lifetime experience.
