Mamadou Sarr impressed once again and Nicolas Jackson found the back of the net during Senegal's 2-0 victory over Peru.
Both men started for Senegal at the Stade de France in Paris, as Sarr played in the heart of defence and Jackson led the line.
And it was the striker, currently on loan at Bayern Munich, who gave Senegal the lead shortly before half-time when he was left with a simple finish at the far post following a superb low cross from Ibrahim Mbaye.
The lead was then doubled nine minutes into the second half when a fortunate rebound off a Peru player released Ismaila Sarr and the Crystal Palace frontman finished confidently to make it 2-0.
Jackson, who had three shots on target during the game, was replaced by Assane Diao with just over 20 minutes remaining, while Mamadou Sarr remained on the pitch for the full 90 minutes.
Next up for Senegal is a home friendly match at Stade Leopold Sedar Senghor against Gambia.
