Reece James and Pedro Neto created goals as England and Portugal won World Cup qualifiers with ease, while four different Chelsea Academy players found the net for the Young Lions on Saturday.
At Villa Park, James played 67 minutes for England as they defeated Andorra 2-0 to maintain their perfect start to World Cup qualifying.
England took the lead through an own goal on 25 minutes, not long after a teasing James centre had evaded Harry Kane.
As England laboured against an Andorran side that sat very deep, it was a James cross that created the second goal. His whipped delivery was headed into the net by Declan Rice. It was James’s last touch before his withdrawal.
England next play against Serbia in Belgrade on Tuesday evening.
In Yerevan, Neto featured in the first half of Portugal’s 5-0 thrashing of Armenia.
Former Blue Joao Felix put Portugal in front before a teasing left-footed cross from Neto was prodded home by Cristiano Ronaldo.
Joao Cancelo added a third before the break, with Joao Felix and Ronaldo adding to their tally after it to get their World Cup qualifying campaign off to the perfect start. They now travel to Hungary on Tuesday.
Shumaira Mheuka bagged a brace for England’s Under-19s during an entertaining 3-3 draw with Spain. The forward, who recently had a strike shortlisted for Chelsea’s August Goal of the Month prize, equalised after the hosts had taken the lead, picking out the bottom corner from inside the box.
Mheuka would double his tally and equalise for the Young Lions once again, converting from the spot to make the game 2-2. It takes the 17-year-old's total to three goals in two appearances for the Young Lions over the international break, following his strike against Ukraine on Wednesday.
At Under-18 level, Chizaram Ezenwata opened the scoring for England against Morocco, finishing off a move he had started with a neat effort inside the near post.
Although Morocco equalised, the Young Lions netted three second-half goals to run out 4-1 winners and secure the Costa De La Luz Under-18 international tournament.
Reggie Walsh and Landon Emenalo came off the bench for the final half-hour, at the same time Ezenwata was withdrawn. Freddy Bernal was an unused sub.
Mathis Eboue and Calvin Diakite were on the scoresheet as England's Under-17s recorded a second successive win after beating Israel 2-1 in Germany. Attacking midfielder Eboue broke the deadlock just after the interval, cutting inside from the left flank before firing the ball into the opposite corner of the net.
And after their opponents had levelled with 15 minutes to play, it would be left to Diakite to have the decisive say, as his deflected effort worked its way past the goalkeeper, sealing the victory for the Young Lions in stoppage time.
Ryan Kavuma-McQueen and Mahdi Nicoll-Jazuli both started on the bench, with each player getting 30 minutes and 50 minutes respectively.
