It has been an exciting time for Chelsea FC Women with the recent news of the team’s move to Stamford Bridge. Alongside this, we are pleased to announce The Blueprint, a small focus group of fans who will provide us with their thoughts and ideas on how we can co-create and continue building on culture, atmosphere and experiences here at Stamford Bridge.

The group will represent a diverse range of fans, spanning different backgrounds, ages, genders and levels of fandom.

The Blueprint discussions will include a broad range of topics, including matchdays, marketing, merchandise and activations as well as the ambition to create an official women’s supporters group. We want the transition to Stamford Bridge to reflect on the growth of our game and set a benchmark for our future, while highlighting culture and inclusivity across the sport.

The club already works closely with supporters across a variety of topics through our existing fan working groups, structured forums, and regular engagement channels, and this new group will focus on Chelsea Women’s transition to Stamford Bridge.

‘It’s really exciting that the club is creating a space for supporters to shape the future of Chelsea Women’s matchday experience as the team continues to make Stamford Bridge our home,’ says Anna Phillips from the Fan Advisory Board.

‘This is an important moment for the club and the fanbase, and bringing together a diverse group of fans will help us build a supporter culture that reflects the passion of those who follow the team.’

Fans from all backgrounds are encouraged to apply to The Blueprint, and applicants should have a keen interest in driving a world-class experience for all fans attending Chelsea Women’s games at Stamford Bridge.

Together – we’re never done. To submit your application, please apply via the form below. Applications will close on Sunday 10 May at 11.59pm.
