I think in my first game, I was feeling very happy against Palmeiras, about making my debut. Like I said when we were on tour in Asia and Australia this summer, I didn't know before that Chelsea had a lot of fans in other countries like that.

When I joined in America, I could see the passion they have for this club there. When I made my debut everyone was saying to me: "Congratulations, you’re very welcome here,". So I think my debut was very important for me.

My first goal with Chelsea was against Fluminense, where I started my career. It was the first time since I moved to England that I played against them, so I got to see a few of my friends from when I was young, that I used to play with.

So it was special for me, not to score against them specifically, but to achieve that moment. I was arriving at a big club. What I was doing – scoring my first goals for a big club against the team that gave me a lot – felt special. So I think that moment means a lot to me.

The final of the Club World Cup was a special moment. We knew the game would be difficult because Paris Saint-Germain won the Champions League and everything. But I think Cole had a special day. Me also, as I could score and I could help the team.

I think at the back we are solid as well. So I think that day was Chelsea’s day. Everything was perfect and we could win. It was a very special moment for me. It was my first trophy as a professional player, so I cannot leave that out from my five best moments at Chelsea.

Tottenham Hostpur 0-1 Chelsea | Premier League | 1 November 2025

Tottenham away was a great win with the fans in a derby atmosphere, and I got the winning goal. It was also because when I was at Brighton, I had lots of good moments against them too, so I enjoyed playing against Tottenham.

Now I am at Chelsea and I know the rivalry is very big with Tottenham, so scoring the winning goal was even better, and it was a nice moment to celebrate with the fans after winning a derby.

Against Napoli, I scored twice in the Champions League for the first time and I did it in a big game and a big atmosphere, which made it even more special. For me, to play in the Champions League is very important for me, because when I was young I always dreamed of playing for a big club and playing in big Champions League games.

So scoring that winning goal for Chelsea was an important moment, not just for me, but I think for Chelsea too, because we had too many games and if we won that game we would finish high enough in the classification to qualify straight for the last 16.
