John Terry this week launches a very special limited edition of a brand-new coffee table book celebrating the 120-year history of Chelsea Football Club.

Not only can supporters now pre-order this luxury box-set personally signed by the Blues’ hero himself, they can also have their name included in a Roll of Honour in the back of the book and be a part of Chelsea history forever.

Terry, the captain, leader, legend who skippered the Blues to more trophies than any other player, has written the foreword to the book and this week was presented with the first copy of the collectors’ edition of Chelsea: The Official History. He was blown away by the weight of history in his hands.

‘This really is a thing of beauty,’ JT said. ‘Inside the smart presentation box with its golden club crest there is a lovely print of the first Chelsea team from 1905 and then this amazing book that’s packed with pictures and memorabilia. Once you pick it up you don’t want to put it down.

‘I’m really proud to have been asked to write the foreword for this wonderful book and delighted to sign copies of the limited collectors’ edition. The fact that supporters can get their name in the back as well is a lovely touch, too.’

There is only a limited number of this special John Terry signed edition available and the offer will only stay open while stock lasts.

The box-sets are currently in final production and pre-sales will be handled directly by the club’s publishing partner, Vision Sports Publishing, with delivery to purchasers expected in December.

Written by club historian Rick Glanvill, the regular edition of Chelsea: The Official History will be available in the Megastore at Stamford Bridge and our online store in November this year.
