We have two important messages for supporters attending Chelsea versus Liverpool...
Ahead of this weekend’s Premier League home game, we wish to take this opportunity to remind everyone that all tickets sold for the home areas at Stamford Bridge are for use by fans of Chelsea Football Club only. They are not for use by the supporters of any opposing team at a match.
This applies to hospitality seating as well as general admission areas, and to all season tickets and individual match tickets.
Anyone who is found to have transferred a ticket for use by a supporter of an opposition team will face sanctions such as a ban from attending all Chelsea matches and the potential loss of a season ticket.
If you become aware of an away team fan in a home section, please either speak to the nearest steward or send a message to our matchday text service - 88777 - detailing your location and a brief description.
Keeping support positive
This match against Liverpool continues a great rivalry between the clubs and we look forward to the team receiving passionate support for one of the big fixtures of the season at the Bridge.
We ask for this support to remain respectful and positive at all times inside and around the stadium, as well as on transport to and from the match.
Supporters are reminded the Premier League has a series of measures to address unacceptable anti-social behaviour involving football tragedy-related chanting, gesturing, graffiti, online abuse and other behaviours.
The issues have continued to cause significant distress to the victims’ families, survivors and affected club supporters, in addition to damaging the reputation of the clubs involved and football in England and Wales.
These measures mean people who are found to have committed offences face stadium bans and potential criminal prosecution. This applies to abuse occurring in stadiums or online.
Chelsea Football Club believes hateful chanting has no place in football.
