Blues goalkeepers past and present, Kepa Arrizabalaga and Carlo Cudicini, sat down to interview each other about their experiences playing for the club and moving to the Premier League, ahead of the latter returning to the Stamford Bridge pitch for Chelsea Legends in September.
The two shot stoppers certainly had plenty to discuss, with a combined total of 379 appearances minding the Chelsea goal between them, albeit in very different eras. Carlo Cudicini represented the Blues for a decade from 1999 to 2009, and is now back with the club in a coaching role, while Kepa Arrizabalaga has been at Stamford Bridge since 2018.
You can watch the full video below as the duo discuss the differences and similarities between the two eras they played in, as well as comparing memories of their first few weeks adjusting to English football, after arriving from Spain and Italy respectively.
If the trip down memory lane whets your appetite for a bit more nostalgia, you can see Cudicini back in action alongside a host of other Chelsea Legends - including his Blues team-mates Michael Essien, Tore Andre Flo, Salomon Kalou, Frank Leboeuf, Claude Makelele, John Terry and Gianfranco Zola - when they play Bayern Munich in the Legends of Europe match at Stamford Bridge on Saturday 9 September.
Tickets are available right now, starting at just £17.50 in all four stands at Stamford Bridge. Club Chelsea tickets are also on offer, with seat-only and food and drink packages available to purchase.
