Kiernan joined the Blues from Leicester City in the summer of 2024 and the 26-year-old midfielder made 36 appearances across all competitions last season.

Dewsbury-Hall leaves Chelsea as a European and world champion, having been part of the group that won the Conference League and Club World Cup trophy.
