In the latest Ask Frank video, our head coach gives responses to questions posed by Chelsea fans in an exclusive question and answer session, with the subjects concentrating on today’s Champions League game in the Netherlands.

Blues fans are asked regularly via our The 5th Stand app to supply their queries to be put to Lampard. They are posted via the Comments section on The 5th Stand and he takes time ahead of each game that his team plays to answer a selection of them with our cameras filming the replies. The video of the answers can be watched above, with questions asked this week about how much confidence the Chelsea team would have taken from our first Champions League game of the season, when we travelled to Lille in France on Matchday Two.

The theme of Chelsea youngsters compared to Ajax's and the two clubs' respective youth systems are also explored, and the boss is also asked about the significance of today's game when it comes to the quest for qualification for the knockout stages.

'It is a hugely important game for us if we have aspirations to win the group,' Lampard responds.

'It is a tough place to go, to go there to win but if we do it will take us level on points with Ajax and we will go from there because that is what we want.'

You can watch the video above to hear more of the boss's answers.

There will be a chance to submit questions for the next Ask Frank session soon. Keep an eye on The 5th Stand.
