A versatile player, comfortable playing in defence and midfield, Emenalo was included in the senior squad for our pre-season tour of Asia and Australia. The 18-year-old, who first joined our Academy aged seven, featured for Xabi Alonso’s side in a victory over A-League club Western Sydney Wanderers.

A regular starter for Chelsea Under-21s last season, Emenalo helped the Blues finish top of the Premier League 2 table. He also helped our Academy’s younger age group to be crowned Under-18 Premier League national champions by defeating Manchester City in the play-off final at Stamford Bridge.

We look forward to monitoring Landon’s progress in Scotland as he gains valuable top-flight experience and wish him luck at Celtic.
