Chelsea's Johanna Rytting Kaneryd answers our quick-fire questions to reveal what the winger and her Blues team-mates are really like behind the scenes…

Who is the first player out on the pitch for training?

Millie (Bright).

Who do you eat lunch with at Cobham?

Nat (Nathalie Bjorn) and Lucy (Bronze).

What is the first thing you do when you get home after training to switch off?

I love to go for walks. I love to cook in my apartment and listen to a podcast. That's my way of switching off.

Who do you sit with when you travel to away games?

Nat!

Who is the biggest joker in the squad?

Keira (Walsh).

Who is the loudest member of the squad?

Oh, the Americans for sure!

Which Chelsea player is most active on social media that we should follow?

Alyssa (Thompson).

Who do you sit with on matchdays?

Nat...

What is the last thing you do before you walk out of the tunnel for a match?

I like to have a nice little chat with my mascot, especially if they are nervous. In the changing rooms I have my exercises I do, but when I get out on the pitch I always do 12 jumps, right before the kick-off. It's a superstition.

Who is the first person you send a message to after a game?

My Dad.

Which outfield player do you think would make the best goalkeeper?

I think Sam because she is so acrobatic!

Which defender or midfielder would be the best striker?

Keira because her finishing is unreal.

What is one thing that has surprised you about Chelsea?

I expected it to be a very high level, but I didn't expect there to be so many staff. Everything is so professional.
