Chelsea midfielder Lola Brown will spend next season on loan at Crystal Palace.

Brown joined the Blues in the 2019/20 campaign and went on to feature for our Under-12s side.

After being voted Chelsea Women’s Academy U18 Player of the Year for the 2023/24 campaign, the 17-year-old signed her first professional contract with the club in November 2024, penning a three-year deal.

Making her senior debut as a substitute against Celtic in the Champions League group stages in that same month, the midfielder also featured in a cameo role in a 6-1 win over Twente in December.

Brown was also voted Women's Academy Player of the Season for 2024/25 on 4 May, and that same day made her first Women's Super League appearance, coming off the bench in our 2-0 win over Tottenham.

On the international stage, Brown has represented England at Under-16 and Under-17 levels and was called up to the squad for the Women’s U19 EURO finals in June 2025.

The midfielder now makes the move to Crystal Palace, who will compete in the Women's Super League 2 in 2025/26.

Everyone at Chelsea wishes Lola every success at Palace, and we look forward to seeing her progress next season.
