Chelsea forward Louna Ribadeira will spend the 2025/26 season at FC Fleury 91 in the French top-flight after completing a loan move.
The 21-year-old forward joined the Blues on a four-year deal in the summer of 2024 from Paris FC, where she had already amassed 60 senior club appearances and picked up the Division 1 Feminine Young Player of the Year award.
After signing for Chelsea, she then returned to Paris FC on loan, making two appearances and scoring once during the first half of the campaign.
In January 2025, Ribadeira completed a loan move to Everton and made her first appearances in the Women's Super League.
Internationally, the forward enjoyed great success at youth level with France, reaching the semi-final of the Under-19 European Championship in 2023, where she was the top scorer and Player of the Tournament.
Ribadeira then received her first senior call-up to the French national side on 31 May 2024, contributing to a 2–1 win against England in a UEFA Women's Euro 2025 qualifying match.
The versatile attacker now moves to FC Fleury 91, who will compete in the Première Ligue in France during the 2025/26 campaign.
Everyone at Chelsea wishes Louna every success in Fleury-Merogis, and we look forward to watching her progress.
