Supporters intending to travel to or from our home Premier League game against Manchester City using the London Underground are advised that planned engineering works may affect your journey.

On the day of the match, Sunday 12 April, the District Line is closed west of Embankment Station and on the whole of the Edgware Road branch, including the line down to Wimbledon.

This means for the match at Stamford Bridge, Fulham Broadway Station is closed all day and there are no District Line trains running to any nearby stations on that branch of the tube network.

The Circle Line is also affected and is closed between Edgware Road and Tower Hill (via Victoria).

Please see below for a map of walking routes to and from South Kensington, Earl’s Court and Hammersmith stations from where alternative Underground lines can be used. West Brompton Station and Imperial Wharf Station on the Mildmay Line will be also be open.

For the match at Stamford Bridge the following weekend (versus Manchester United on Saturday 18 April), a normal service will be operational through Fulham Broadway but there will be no interchange or service on the Piccadilly Line at Earl’s Court. Increased congestion is expected on District Line services between Victoria and Earl’s Court. There is no District line between Earl’s Court and Richmond and Ealing Broadway and no Piccadilly Line between Hyde Park Corner and Acton Town.
