Enzo Maresca believes there is more to come from Alejandro Garnacho but explained why it has been so easy to work with the Argentinian so far.
Garnacho joined Chelsea from Manchester United in the summer and has made 14 appearances already for the club, scoring twice and assisting another couple.
The Argentina international has been in every matchday squad in the Premier League and Champions League since his arrival as he competes with the likes of Jamie Gittens and Pedro Neto for a place on the left flank.
At just 21 years old, Maresca knows there is much more to come from the talented winger but is pleased with what he has seen so far.
Maresca said: 'He can give much more, but it's not only Alejandro. I think all the players, we try to work every day with them to improve.
'It's been easy to work with him because he wants to learn, has an open mind, and works hard on and off the ball. Some games he is better, some games he has struggled a little bit, but overall he is doing very well.'
