Disappointment was the overriding emotion at full-time of Leeds United's visit to Stamford Bridge, as for more than an hour of the contest the Blues were in complete control and looked set for three points.

The two players were also involved in our second goal of the night, which arrived shortly before the hour. Joao Pedro, as was the case against Wolverhampton Wanderers, was needlessly fouled to earn a penalty, which Palmer dispatched with his trademark confidence.
Leeds hasn't registered a shot on target at this stage of the game, but a spot-kick of their own, converted by Lukas Nmecha, and a quick-fire second from Noah Okafor drew the visitors level.
There were 15 minutes for the Blues to respond and we were camped inside the Leeds half. One clear chance was what we needed. Unfortunately, it came and went as a low cross from Moises Caicedo couldn't be turned home by Palmer at the back post.
So, for the first time under Liam Rosenior, the Blues didn't come away from a Premier League fixture with all three points. We remain fifth in the top-flight, one point behind Manchester United in fourth.
