Mayra Ramirez has been called up to the Colombia squad for this summer's Women's Copa America, which will get underway later this week.

The tournament begins on Friday when tournament holders Ecuador face Uruguay at the Estadio Banco Guayaquil.

Ramirez comes off the back of a domestic Treble-winning season with Chelsea, scoring 10 goals and providing six assists in all competitions.

Colombia have been drawn in a group alongside Brazil, Paraguay, Bolivia and Venezuela, who Colombia will face in their first group stage match on 16 July at the Estadio Gonzalo Pozo Ripalda in Quito.

Only the winner and runner-up from each group will advance to the semi-final of the competition, with those fixtures scheduled for 28 and 29 July, ahead of the final on 2 August.

The teams that finish third in each group will play off against each other in the fifth-place playoff on 28 July.

Good luck, Mayra!
