Moises Caicedo brought up a significant milestone at the London Stadium as he made his 100th appearance for Chelsea and marked the occasion with a goal.

The Ecuadorian signed for the Blues almost exactly two years ago and coincidentally made his debut for us in an away game at West Ham in August 2023.

Caicedo has been virtually ever present for us since. He has started all but four Premier League games in his time at the club - and came off the bench in two of those. Tonight was his 75th league appearance for the Blues.

In addition to those games, Caicedo played 6 Conference League and five Club World Cup matches last season. He also accrued 14 appearances in the two domestic cup competitions, taking his tally to a century.

Against West Ham on Friday evening Caicedo was outstanding, displaying his range of qualities throughout. He was typically tidy in possession, won a Chelsea-high three tackles, and made a vital interception to stop a certain West Ham goal at 5-1.

The cherry on top of the cake was Caicedo’s goal, an instinctive half-volley that kissed the underside of the bar on its way in. He was able to celebrate his fourth goal in Chelsea colours in front of the buoyant away support, crowning his century in style.

Congratulations, Moi! Here’s to the next hundred.
