In an innovation for 2026, Blues supporters are invited to Kingsmeadow to watch the young players developing in the Chelsea FC Women Academy take on their Manchester United counterparts.
The match is on Wednesday 4 February with kick-off at 7pm and full ticket details are below.
Our young players compete in the Women’s Professional Game Academy U21 League. In the first half of the season, this was regionalised to North and South divisions and having finished second in the South table, Chelsea qualified for the national Division One. This stage began recently and will be contested during the rest of this season.
The fixture against Manchester United next month is the first time one these home matches has been opened up to supporters at Chelsea Women’s regular home venue at Kingsmeadow.
Made in Cobham
Watchers of Sonia Bompastor’s first team will already be very familiar with one of the Academy’s products, Aggie Beever-Jones, who was last season’s top scorer and is among the goals again in 2025/26.
Lexi Potter and Lola Brown, who is currently on loan, have also featured in the first team, and from this season’s Under-21 squad, defender Chloe Sarwie has played a game in the Women’s Super League and a game in the Women’s Champions League. Striker Lois Shooter, who is pictured at the top, was with the senior squad during their pre-season in the summer.
