Chelsea Pitch Owners share sales have passed the 2000 mark since they went back on sale in 2012.

The board have today released the latest minutes of their directors meeting which shows that 718 were sold in the last financial year. The board also resolved to pay off a further £25,000 to the club as part of the loan used to buy Stamford Bridge in the 1990’s.

Combined with the improvement in the accounts of the company, the directors thanked all those who had bought shares or had attended its events during the year, but remind supporters that shares are available in many ways including purchase by instalment to spread the cost over a number of months.
