Chelsea Foundation and Chelsea Football Club are proud to celebrate Noha, who is the club’s 2025/26 Premier League Community Captain in recognition of her remarkable personal development, leadership and dedication to her local community.

Noha’s journey with Chelsea Foundation began through the Premier League Kicks programme. Since joining, she has grown not only as a footballer — developing her technical ability, confidence and understanding of the game — but also as an inspiring young leader. Her positivity, drive and commitment have made her a role model for other participants across the programme.

Her leadership extends beyond the football pitch. Noha was elected Youth Mayor of the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea, where she represents young people in the borough and champions positive change in her community. Her passion for supporting others reflects the values at the heart of Chelsea Foundation’s work.

Noha has also embraced wider opportunities available through Chelsea Foundation, including being part of the ball squad at Stamford Bridge, further strengthening her connection with the club she loves.

Noha was surprised with her Premier League Community Captain award at a special event held at the training ground. Joined by fellow participants, she was presented with her armband and pennant by Laura Cordingley, chief executive of Chelsea Foundation, alongside Romeo Lavia and Malo Gusto.

As part of the celebration, Noha will proudly walk out ahead of Chelsea’s match against Newcastle United, leading out fellow mascots who are all Chelsea Foundation participants representing people of all ages and backgrounds supported through the Foundation’s programmes.

Noha’s journey highlights the powerful role football can play in bringing communities together, inspiring young people and creating opportunities for brighter futures.

Congratulations to Noha — Chelsea’s 2025/26 Premier League Community Captain.
